
Preheat Grill to 350 Degrees
Thinly slice vegetables and add a pinch of salt to draw out moisture of the vegetables. Then add a light amount of Tzatziki Sauce and mix into the vegetables.
Put the flatbreads on the grill on indirect heat (a part of the grill or flat top that is not directly heated by the flame). Sprinkle a tiny amount of feta on the top of the flatbreads
Grill or flat top the sliced gyro meat till seared
Place meat on top of the flat bread and feta (feta is now melted!)
Add a couple of scoops of the tzatziki vegetable mixture
