Cooking Instructions
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Remove Pork Tenderloins from marinade and allow to drain. Pat dry.
3Place on a rack on a cookie sheet or roasting pan.
4Drizzle with olive oil and rub with kosher salt and pepper.
5Cook at 350 until internal temperature reaches 138 degrees (roughly 45 minutes). Remove and allow to rest under tin foil for 10 minutes before slicing.
