 1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

Preheat grill to 400 degrees

Leave chicken breast out at room temperature for 30 minutes

Place the chicken breast on aluminum foil with a little bit of grapeseed oil, then place directly above the flame

Par sear on the foil for 2 minutes on each side  (Par searing prevents the chicken from sticking to the grill)

Take off foil and place directly above the flame on the grill 2 minutes a side.

Remove from flame and place on indirect heat (where the meat is not directly above the flame) for 8-10 minutes each side or until internal temperature reaches 165 (this can be achieved by pulling off the grill when it gets to 155 to maintain moisture)
