Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Remove Pork Tenderloins from marinade and allow to drain. Pat dry.

Place on a rack on a cookie sheet or roasting pan.

Drizzle with olive oil and rub with kosher salt and pepper.

Cook at 400 until internal temperature reaches 138 degrees. Remove and allow to rest under tin foil for 10 minutes before slicing.
