Bring roll to room temperature before cooking. Place on a rack in any oven-safe dish.
HI-LOW METHOD: Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Leave the net on. Pat dry. Season and rub with oil.
Place roll in the center of the oven, set a timer for 20 minutes, and then turn the oven down to 350.
Now you may use all the extra space in your oven for your other dishes. Be careful to turn it for even browning if it ends up in the back or corner. Cover with foil later in cooking to
prevent excess browning if necessary.
Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees in the center.
