- 8 oz - 1 lb of crab per person
Cooking Instructions
1Thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Keep a maximum of 2 days after thawing—eat as soon as possible after thawing.
2King crab legs are cooked on the boat to preserve their freshness. You need only warm them through prior to eating.
3In the oven: Lay out in a single layer on a cookie sheet or other shallow baking dish. Add 1/2” of HOT liquid—we recommend white wine. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 for 7-10 minutes.
4On the stove: Bring 2” of water (add white wine if you wish) to a large stockpot. Bring to a boil. Use of a steamer basket is recommended but not necessary. Add the crab legs—put the lid on. Crab legs are done when you can smell them, about 5 minutes.
